Stage 3 – Your Voice Action Plan
Stage 3 of the project is currently underway.
The Voice Project Steering Group prepared a draft Your Voice Action Plan based on the findings and recommendations of the three working party reports as well as feedback received on the reports. This draft action plan was released to UTAS staff for further comment in the period 29 April to 11 May 2010.
Following the consultation period, a final Your Voice Action Plan was prepared and endorsed by the Voice Project Steering Group. The Your Voice Action Plan has since been endorsed by the Senior Management Team on 24 May 2010, Academic Senate on 4 June 2010, and University Council on 11 June 2010.
Many action items are underway and a number of tasks are in train to ensure the implementation of other actions items commences as soon as possible. These tasks include:
- the preparation of funding requests to support the plan
- the reconstitution of the Your Voice Steering Group to oversee the implementation of the plan
- the establishment of Culture and Communication, People and Technology Reference Groups to support the implementation of the relevant actions.
